Edward Lampert Purchases More AutoNation Shares

Almost immediately disclosing his agreement on additional ownership with AutoNation (NYSE:AN), ESL and Eddie Lampert resumed buying shares.

On 2/2 Lampert picked up just over 400k shares at $9.40 a piece.

SEC Filing Lampert now holds just over 45% of the outstanding shares. Between Microsoft's (NASDAQ:MSFT) Bill Gates and Sears Holdings's (NASDAQ:SHLD) Lampert, they now hold in excess of 55% of the outstanding shares.
