Ebay Getting a Boost from Cali?

The financial crisis has gotten so bad in California that the state government is turning to eBay Inc. (NASDAQ:EBAY) to help. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is autographing used cars to sell them online at the auction website. The hope is that with the signature, those items might bring in some cash.
Take for example a 2002 gold Ford Focus with over 100k miles and the Gov’s signature sold for over $3,500!
There are other sales too, including unclaimed items and police seized goods. Check the state’s website for more information.
