JP Morgan's Dimon: 2009 "Tough"
JP Morgan's (NYSE:JPM) chief says 2010 may see a "strong recovery".
Now, this isn't real news but it does parrot the views from Merrill Lynch (NYSE:MER) and Citi (NYSE:C) that all say 2009 will not be a year of growth.
With that said. we essentially have four banks left standing. Along with Citi and JP Morgan, Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) and Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) round out the group. Investors in the above four, while perhaps looking at a benign 2009 can expect the market share increases they have made this year to bear fruit the following year.
Patience here will be richly rewarded...
