Berkowitz Increase Sears Holdings Stake

In a just filed SEC 13G/A Fairholme Capital (NYSE:FAIRX) disclosed it now holds 14.5 million shares or nearly 12% of Sears Holdings (NASDAQ:SHLD)

This is up from 12.7 million shares reported as of 12/31.
