US Foreclosures Spike in October

More bad news for homeowners looking to sell their property. The inventory out there just grew..

 

 

1 in 452 homes in the US got a foreclosure notice, 25% above last year. Don't even think about buying shares in homebuilders like Toll Brothers (NYSE:TOL) or Centex (NYSE:CEN). It will be at least another year until they see demand pick up again.
