The Upgrades: Suncor, Regal and Dell (NYSE:SU),(NYSE:RGC),(NASDAQ:DELL).

Today’s upgrades are brought to us by varying analysts and include Suncor Energy Inc. (USA) (NYSE:SU), Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE:RGC) and Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL). 

Deutsche Bank upgraded Suncor Energy Inc. (USA) (NYSE:SU) from a Sell to a Hold and pre-market trading has lifted the stock +$0.37 (+1.26%) to $29.70/share.  The chart for Suncor shows that it is near a support level of around $26 established back in July of 2009.

Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE:RGC) gets an upgrade from BMO Capital Markets as they lift outlook on the stock from Market Perform to Outperform.  A price target was not set and shares are up sharply on the news as shares are currently going $15.32 premarket, +$0.53 (+3.58%).  The chart for RGC shows a strong uptrend that started back in late October of 2009.

UBS upgrade the personal computer supplier, Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL), from Neutral to Buy.  UBS did not set a price target, but shares are up nicely pre-market to $13.82/share, which is +$0.25 (+1.84%).  The chart for Dell shows strong support as it hit a double bottom (bullish) at $13 recently and seems to now be re-testing that $13 level.
