Upgraded: Toll Bros. (NYSE: TOL), T. Rowe (NASDAQ: TROW) & FPL Group (NYSE: FPL)

Here's an interesting stock story, after shares of Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE:TOL) have been pummeled the past three months, the company has been receiving analyst upgrades, and these are not no-name analysts making the call, they are big-name companies.  On Sept. 18, JP Morgan upgraded the company from Neutral to Overweight.  Then, on Oct. 30, Citigroup upgraded Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE:TOL) from Hold to Buy.  The most recent upgrade comes to us today from Wells Fargo, propelling the stock from Market Perform to Outperform.  The only analyst of those to set a price target was JP Morgan at $29.  The residential construction company closed yesterday at $18.39, and gapped up to open at a whopping $20.14 per share and currently sits at $21.30 (+16%) for today.
 

 
T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TROW) has been a stock that after shaking off the March Market Lows, has not looked back.  Today, the company receives an upgrade from Credit Suisse, marking the stock up from Neutral to Outperform and setting a price target of $60.  T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TROW) stock chart has been locked in an uptrend since March, logging about 150% increase from the low in the $20 range.  It has established a nice price channel (see blue and purple lines in the chart below), and the stock price seems to be bouncing off the lower trend line (blue line) and may be pushing back up toward the upper line.  Shares are currently trading at $51.55.
 

FPL Group, Inc. (NYSE:FPL) received an upgrade today from Citigroup.  They moved their assessment from a Hold to a Buy.  Citi set a price target for the stock at $58.  After lagging the market since about August and making a downtrend, the stock has recently made a nice jump in price the past few trading days.  The upgrade news helped the stock make a nice gap up open today and it is currently trading at $51.80 a share, +2.35% for the day.
