Not Everyone is Bearish on China (MS, FXP, FXI)
Jack Wadsworth, Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) Asia honorary chairman talked with Bloomberg today and he sees growth by investing in Chinese equities. Thus go Bullish on China with iShares FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index (ETF) (NYSE:FXI) versus going bearish on China using the ProShares UltraSh FTSE/Xinhua China 25 (NYSE:FXP).
Wadsworth says "we're very far from having a bubble" in China and in the attached video explains why he's still going long. (Source: Bloomberg). The FXP hit a new 52-week low last week of $6.97 while the FXI is just a few dollars away from its 52-week high of $46.66.
