New 52-week Highs for Ford, Microsoft, and Orbitz (F, MSFT, OWW)

Major equities are having a great day and its a time to rejoice for shareholders of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) and Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:OWW).

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) shares hit a new 52-week high of $30.93 and today are moving up 1.18%. In 2009 Microsoft shares are up 58.8% and got as low as $14.87 back in March.  The recent Buy ratings suggest that Microsoft shares can keep going, Collins Stewart set a new target price of $36 last week.  (StreetInsider.com) The Collins analyst said, "Stock is up 100% since we made MSFT our top pick on Mar 9th. We believe that 70%-80% upside from Win 7 and PCs recovery are largely in the stock's price. However, there are many aspects of Win 7 that are still not reflected in the price as well as upside from Office '10 & Azure, sustainable market share gain by Bing, and cost efficacy with economic recovery."

Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) shares hit $9.86 today as the company offered a second round of buyouts to once again trim its U.S. union work force.  The offers are being made to the auto maker's 41,000 hourly workers represented by the United Auto Workers, Ford spokesman Mark Truby confirmed Monday. He didn't disclose the buyout target.

Ford shares have traded from $1.50 to today's new high of $9.86 over the past 52-weeks, YTD the stock is up 328%.

Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:OWW) shares touched $7.91 and in the past 6 months have regained 295%.  Orbitz shares only have a 4% short interest but that amount has increased 22% during the last month.
