| Current Price | Target Price | % Change |
| $ 16.33 | $ 22.00 | 34.7% |
That's the word from JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM), even with today's 5.7% increase the analyst covering GE believes the stock still has another 34.7% to gain. JP Morgan has set a new price target to $22 on GE shares. JP Morgan analyst C. Stephen Tusa called GE his Top Pick in the sector and said shares do not reflect the potential significant earnings leverage at GE Capital.
While GE has historically traded at a 30% premium to the multi-industry group, they suggest a in-line multiple is a more appropriate today. Even with this in-line multiple shares are seriously undervalued, according to the firm. Read more about the analyst rating at StreetInsider.com - click here>>
