Mortgage Crisis: Loans Getting more Difficult

The mortgage crisis has swung the pendulum the other way. A few years ago, it seemed like a chimpanzee could get a home loan, but these days banks have tightened up their lending standards. Even borrowers who should be considered low-risk are having a tough time getting qualified for loans.
