More Gloom for the Technology Sector

Goldman Sachs downgrades Apple Inc. (NADSAQ:APPL) and cuts Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) and other Handset Makers, the tech sector is under fire this morning.

Tech stocks were down this morning but are managing to comeback in anticipation of comments from the Fed, stay tuned, this market changes by the minute.  The Federal Reserve is widely expected to cut the overnight lending rate by half a point to 0.5%
